Two service lines, one team: listings prepared for the market, and move-in-ready homes curated for lease or purchase.
Designed to sell — listings that photograph beautifully.
Lease it or love it forever — move-in-ready interiors.
We walk the space and set the strategy.
A clear, itemized plan — usually within days.
Furniture, decor and art chosen for your buyer.
Our own crew delivers, places and collects everything.
Elite Austin began when Valerie Pierce staged her own rental property and discovered how hard it was to find quality furnishings in Austin. What started as a single project has grown into a full team offering both home staging and concierge-level furnishing.
Our deep relationships — with clients, with vendors and with each other — are our superpower. We invest in them so that every project arrives with the most thoughtful, informed and inspiring options we can put in front of you.
Home should feel like a sanctuary: a place to breathe deeply, recharge fully and escape the noise. From our own office culture to the spaces we design, we build environments that restore calm and spark joy.

Emerald, burgundy and shearling, framed by the Austin skyline and the Texas Capitol.
A refined, neutral scheme that gives an open downtown floor plan clear shape and purpose.
Classical sophistication met modern flair — including a cigar room with a repurposed accent chair.
It's in the pieces we select, the people we hire, and the way we treat our clients — whether you're selling in three weeks or settling in for good.
Designer-quality inventory we own and maintain ourselves, chosen for how it photographs and how it lives.
The polish of a high-end design firm with the speed and flexibility our clients actually need.
A quick turnaround from the moment you sign to the final install — no waiting weeks for a delivery window.
Our own logistics team handles delivery, layout, setup and pickup, and keeps you posted the whole way.

Four steps, built to move quickly without cutting corners — the same process behind every project in our portfolio.
We start with a site visit for vacant homes or a consultation for occupied ones, to assess the property and understand your goals.
Shortly after, we send a proposal with the rooms we recommend furnishing — the ones that will have the greatest impact on buyers.
We research your target buyer and craft a custom plan of furniture, decor and artwork that complements the architecture and connects emotionally.
Our white-glove team handles everything from there — design to delivery, installation and eventual pickup.

Home staging is furnishing and styling a property specifically to sell it. Rather than decorating for the people who live there, we furnish for the people most likely to buy — using scale, layout and palette to show off the home's best features and help buyers picture themselves in the space.
A vacant home gives buyers no reference for scale and gives photographs nothing to hold onto. Staging fixes both. It defines how each room is meant to be used, makes listing photos far stronger, and widens the pool of buyers who can imagine living there.
Cost depends on the size of the home, which rooms you stage and how long the inventory is on site. We send an itemized proposal shortly after the initial consultation so you can see exactly what each room costs before you commit — and our Stage Now, Pay at Close option lets qualifying sellers settle at closing.
Because we own our inventory and run our own logistics. Our Austin warehouse is stocked with designer-quality furniture, art, rugs and lighting, and our in-house crew handles delivery and install — so there's no vendor lead time between signing and the final walkthrough.
Our own team. The same people who plan the design deliver it, place it and collect it, which is why our clients so often name individual crew members in their reviews. They're equally at home with a downtown freight elevator and a Hill Country driveway.
Often, yes. Well-maintained and market-ready are different things. Staging isn't about hiding flaws — it's about giving a good home the scale, warmth and photography it deserves so it competes properly with everything else on the market that week.
Relocations, second homes, downsizes and homes between chapters — who actually benefits from a furnished-in-weeks approach.
The phrase gets used loosely. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to on install day.
Seasonal changes that take an afternoon and genuinely change how a house feels.
We look forward to learning more about your project and creating furniture options tailored to your needs — whether you're listing next month or moving in for good.
