About this project
Set high in the hills of Spanish Oaks, this residence was staged with the entertainer in mind. Oak beams, a wall of glass and Hill Country views gave us an architecture worth dressing rather than disguising.
We paired a rich, moody palette with layered textures and intentional seating arrangements — olive velvet against bouclé, marble against warm herringbone floors — so that every zone reads as a place to land.
The result is an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting, where style meets function and conversation flows with ease.
