FAQ

Your questions, answered

Home staging is furnishing and styling a property specifically to sell it. Rather than decorating for the people who live there, we furnish for the people most likely to buy — using scale, layout and palette to show off the home's best features and help buyers picture themselves in the space.

A vacant home gives buyers no reference for scale and gives photographs nothing to hold onto. Staging fixes both. It defines how each room is meant to be used, makes listing photos far stronger, and widens the pool of buyers who can imagine living there.

Cost depends on the size of the home, which rooms you stage and how long the inventory is on site. We send an itemized proposal shortly after the initial consultation so you can see exactly what each room costs before you commit — and our Stage Now, Pay at Close option lets qualifying sellers settle at closing.

Because we own our inventory and run our own logistics. Our Austin warehouse is stocked with designer-quality furniture, art, rugs and lighting, and our in-house crew handles delivery and install — so there's no vendor lead time between signing and the final walkthrough.

Our own team. The same people who plan the design deliver it, place it and collect it, which is why our clients so often name individual crew members in their reviews. They're equally at home with a downtown freight elevator and a Hill Country driveway.

Often, yes. Well-maintained and market-ready are different things. Staging isn't about hiding flaws — it's about giving a good home the scale, warmth and photography it deserves so it competes properly with everything else on the market that week.
