Staging is priced like a service and should be evaluated like an investment — against carrying costs, against the first price reduction, and against days on market.
The comparison that matters is not staging cost versus zero. It is staging cost versus the reduction a stale listing eventually takes.
We scope to that logic. If a budget only covers the rooms that will be photographed, we stage those rooms properly rather than spreading the same budget thinly across the whole house.
That is also why our proposals are itemized room by room: you should be able to see exactly which spend is doing which work.
